Refunds
- All CDL training program enrollments are final. No refunds are provided for registration fees, tuition, online coursework, classroom training, range training, or behind-the-wheel sessions.
- All CDL programs include a nonrefundable administrative fee which is incorporated into the total tuition.
- No refunds will be issued due to:
- Failure to obtain or maintain medical certification
- Failure to meet DMV eligibility requirements
- Attendance issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances
- Failure to complete the program or pass required testing
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- CDL training schedules are based on instructor, vehicle, and yard availability.
- Rescheduling requests may be approved only at the discretion of 2020 CDL Training and cannot be guaranteed.
- Missed classes or drive times do not qualify for a refund or credit.
- Students must complete all required training hours before testing. Missed hours may require additional fees.
Payments
- Tuition must be paid in full prior to beginning training unless a payment plan is formally approved.
- Returned checks incur a $50 fee.
